If you have a mental health condition and use chemical substances, then you will be interested in this group. The symptoms of mental health conditions, such as depression, anxiety, mania and trauma can be aggravated and magnified by the use of chemical substances. They can also interfere with the medications you are talking for you mental health condition. Chemical substances can interfere with your daily functioning.

- How do chemical substances affect the brain?
- How to recognize triggers, cravings and urges?
- How to develop skills to avoid chemical substances?
- How to live a life without chemical substances?
