All Newport Mental Health staff, clients, and community members can raise concerns regarding safety and the quality of care we provide to The Joint Commission when the agency has not adequately prevented or corrected problems that can have or have had a serious adverse impact on individuals served. Newport Mental Health shall not take retaliatory or punitive action against any employee, person served, or community member for their report to The Joint Commission.
