Services

Crisis Helpline

Our Emergency Services helpline is fully staffed 24/7/365 by mental health professionals. A crisis is determined by you – if you need help, please call. We will talk with you, and can provide additional services (see below) if needed.

Mobile Crisis Response

Our Emergency Services Department is fully staffed 24/7/365 with mobile crisis clinicians specially trained to help those experiencing a psychiatric crisis. We come to you — at school, at home, or at another community space.  You can call the crisis helpline for yourself or others. We provide:

MRSS

Mobile Response and Stabilization Services (MRSS) is our 24/7 crisis response for children, youth, and young adults. It is also available through the crisis helpline. We help stabilize families with youth experiencing behavioral health challenges, preventing further escalation or harm. We offer support in the family’s home or another community setting, helping where it is needed most to de-escalate behavioral health crises in a familiar environment.

Open Access

Setting an appointment can feel like a monumental task. With our Open Access policy, we provide the space for you to decide “I’ll just walk in today.” This leads to an immediate connection with a provider, which increases the likelihood of longer-term engagement.

Post-Crisis Stabilization

All individuals and families who receive crisis services, whether in-person or over the phone, also receive post-crisis stabilization services. This program allows our Emergency Services staff to fill the gap between crisis and connection to longer-term care. We help our clients, new and existing, navigate the systems that can be challenging to take on alone. Crisis stabilization can include:
